Yes, all our products come with a standard 12-month manufacturer warranty. Some LED products may include extended warranties of up to 3 or 5 years.
What is your return policy for change-of-mind purchases?
We offer a 14-day return period for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply, and shipping costs are non-refundable.
Do I need a licensed electrician to install my new lights?
For safety and warranty purposes, all hardwired lighting fixtures must be installed by a licensed electrician. DIY installation is only recommended for 'plug-and-play' products.
